Picture 115
As I mentioned, I keep the parts (including the parts that will be replaced) in the order they were located
Here is the reassembly sequence
1) put a new Circlip 25 Din 471 (Part 324) in the middle of the shaft next to the key spot in the middle 2) slide the Wormwheel (Part 476) from the left of the shaft until it rest on the Circlip we just put 3) add a new Circlip 25 Din 471 (Part 324) at the (left) end of the shaft to hold the Wormwheel (Part 476) in place 4) add the 2 key 6x6x40 (Part 479) in the middle of the shaft 5) slide the Dog clutch (Part 477) and its Spring (Part 326) from the right of the shaft The Dog Clutch will slide over the 2 keys against the Wormwheel 6) add the Washer (Part 325) 7) add a new Circlip 25 Din 471 (Part 324) from the right of the shaft against the washer |

Add the other one

Here is a part I am not sure:
I am not sure I am supposed or not to put grease
this part might be lubricated by the oil inside the windlass
I hope someone can tell if we need or not oil
Picture 124
I also grease the Dog clutch (Part 477)
Picture 125
slide the Dog clutch (Part 477) and its Spring (Part 326)
Picture 126
Slide Dog Clutch will slide over the 2 keys against the Wormwheel
Picture 127
add the Washer (Part 325)
Picture 128
add a new Circlip 25 Din 471 (Part 324) from the right of the shaft against the washer
Alone, this was quite difficult as I had to hold the washer and spring compressed and also hold the tool and bring the circlip
I end up using a PVC pipe that just fit around the shaft to push the circlip in its final position
And for various mistakes I end up doing it 3 times... replacing circlip.
