On the picture below: the little turbine of the turbo was able to turn, but with some effort.
It was obvious there was friction from the build up of exhaust gas all arround the hole.

On the picture below: Using brush and emery cloth I cleaned all arround the hole of the turbine.
Then I was VERY CAREFULL when putting back the turbo to align it so it would be :
not be too much to the right/left nor up.down otherwise it would not turn as freely.

On the picture below: I was so happy using a simple compressed air can to see that the turbo would run freely

On the picture below: I should have done earlier, but I made sure the "Waste Gate Valve" was not frozen by appling a spanner.
