Amel Super Maramu 2000

Broken Lock on Companion Way I had noticed the lock on the companion way was wobbly. Last week I emailed Amel to order a new one. Well... this morning it broke.

Unscrew the 4 bolts

Remove the 2 bolts (blue arrow) holding the key lock
You can see the 2 failed parts (red arrows)

Remove top part (green arrow)

Remove the 2 springs (white arrow)

Slide up the bottom part (pink arrow)

Slide the deadbolt

remove bottom part (black arrow)

Now we are to the failed parts (red arrows)

Put the button where it belong

Nice fit

Add the wheel

Put back bottom part (slide up)

Add the deadbolt

With player put the screw

Tight the screw

Add the second screw

Tight it

Slide the bottom part down
